Even though it's still spring, it feels like summer here in South Florida!

Happy New Year! Need a boost when it comes to the thickness or length of your hair?

Good news!  Our fabulous hairstylist, Jennifer, is an Ultratress Hair Extension Certified Stylist.  Jennifer is a fan of these extensions because she feels that " they hold up well, they look very natural, and they retain their luster as opposed to looking dull or ratty over time."  These top quality extensions are 100% human hair, and the tape is surgical grade as well as hypoallergenic.  Like anything that requires maintenance, these extensions will last from 4 to 12 weeks depending on how well you care for them, and your level of activity.  A consultation with Jennifer is required a week before she applies the extensions so that she can do a color match.  The extensions come in solid or highlighted options.  Check out these before and after photos of Jennifer's work:

Jupiter is chlorinating the water again...joy!

Well, the Town of Jupiter is chlorinating the public water supply for pretty much the whole month of October, and we all know what that means!  Chlorine can make your hair appear greenish, and can make the texture feel like a tangled cotton ball.  Pretty gross.  Luckily, we have a treatment and coordinating products to help restore your hair during and after the chlorination process.  Malibu is a product line out of California and is made in the USA.  Using their swimmer's shampoo and conditioner along with an in-salon swimmer's hair treatment will help prevent chlorine buildup. Stylist Jennifer Viveros has joined our team!

 

Jennifer is a South Florida native and she comes to us with over 18 years of experience under her belt.  Her accomplishments include working as the lead stylist for the Miami Dolphin Cheerleaders for 7 years, and working as part of a team of stylists for the Florida Panther Ice Dancers for 4 years.  Jennifer has been married to her husband, Michael, for 8 years and they have a son and a daughter as well as a Brittany Spaniel and an American Bull Dog, who would argue that she only weighs 5 pounds!  Call for an appointment today!

Meet Victoria Sanchez

We all had that friend growing up that was inherently creative and was the prom-hair-styler and the make-up-applier.  Victoria was and is that girl.  She has had a flair for hair design and color from childhood, and she has made a career of her passion.  She is also proficient in conversational Sign Language, which makes her even cooler!  When she's not beautifying the public at Your Escape Salon, she is working on her Associate's Degree at Palm Beach State College, reading, drawing and painting.   Make an appointment with her today!
